Pour apple mixture into prepared pie crust. Dice butter and place on top of prepared Apple slices
Place Perfect Pie Crust cover over the top, adding slices for venting while it cooks
Optional: I brush the top pie crust with egg whites, and sprinkle a tablespoon or two of granulated sugar onto the top while egg white is still wet
Bake pie in a pre-heated 425-degree oven for 20-minutes, reduce heat to 375-degree's and cook additional 40-minutes or until done. It will be done when pie crust is browned.
